COVID-19 News

At SMD Solutions, the safety and well-being of our customers and our employees is always our priority, and we recognize the important role we play in providing our customers with support solutions during this critical time. We are actively monitoring the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation and taking steps to help keep our communities safe. We wanted to share with you some steps we are taking.

Aligning with public health authorities
To adjust our response to this pandemic and have a Business Continuity Plan to ensure the continuation of services we are closely monitoring updates from the Government and the NHS regarding COVID-19. We will continue to seek guidance from these agencies, public health officials and government agencies on an ongoing basis.

Protecting our employees and customers
As we interact with customers at many schools, we are taking steps to limit exposure to the virus. We are now working from home and will be providing remote support. 

Our commitment to our customers and our communities
The role our support plays in keeping people connected is incredibly important in times like these.  To meet the demands of our customers at this time we have in place proper contingency plans to ensure service continuity for you, our customers.

What we ask of you
We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety and health of our staff and customers, but we need your help. If you have any cases in school please let us know so that we can adjust your support services accordingly.
